Bar Lucia is a Spanish wine bar and restaurant in a restored house at 5 Kellett Street, Potts Point. Its Madrid-inspired setting, leafy street and warm interiors make it a choice for a slower evening of tapas and wine.

The menu explores Spanish tapas, pintxos and seasonal plates. The wine list, curated by sommelier Kasia Sobiesiak, places particular emphasis on female producers. It received the 2024 Australia's Wine List of the Year award for lists with a maximum of 50 wines.

Went on a Sunday for bottomless lunch. It’s such a beautiful restaurant with lovely indoor and outdoor seating. The service and drinks were both amazing and the food absolutely delicious. Will definitely return for the atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food

Such a cute restaurant with great service and food. Would recommend the seafood paella, ham and chorizo croquettes, tuna tartare with eggplant and the bomba bacalao

Save the airfare!! Avoid the jet lag! If you want the authentic Spanish experience, just go straight to Bar Lucia. As good as anywhere I’ve enjoyed a great meal in fabulous atmospheric surroundings in Spain. Plus, really great staff who are uniformly knowledgeable and attentive. I took my daughter there for one of our regular DDDs (Daddy Daughter Dinners). We had the best time

Booked for a birthday. First time trying out the place, food was exceptional and service was so warm and welcoming in spite of how busy it was! Thank you to Christina who was very attentive! Would absolutely recommend. Had the scallops, tuna tartare, garlic prawns, octopus, steak, cauliflower, potatos, basque cheesecake for 2 + tempranillo. So yummy!

This is the most awesome Spanish restaurant in Potts point. The terrace is just stunning! Catherine was our waitress and she served up everything with a smile! We started with the crostini one with white anchovies and the other foie gras and they were both incredible. Obviously we tried their paella. We had the seafood original one and it was cooked perfectly couple with superb Spanish white wine. The cheesecake is the best thing I have ever tasted. In fact so good I didn’t even get a picture of it but I couldn’t stop eating! There is a row of amazing little places to eat next door to each other places under some lovely tress. Next is the Mediterranean one next door. A must if you like Spanish and sit outside.
