New View Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof after hail damage. Our project manager, Joey Hong, made the whole process seamless. He was super communicative, flexible with scheduling, and always on top of things. The roof was replaced in a single day, gutters the next, and even some trim repairs were completed quickly. The crew cleaned up thoroughly, leaving nothing behind. Highly recommend Joey and the New View Roofing team!

Working with Tom Longview from New View Roofing was an excellent experience from start to finish. As the project manager for my roof replacement, Tom made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond by completing a pre-inspection and even repairing a section of my roof that had been damaged in a recent storm to prevent further weather damage before the replacement. Tom also handled communication with my insurance company and kept me informed every step of the way. Tom was professional, proactive, and genuinely cares about his customers. If I could give zero stars for accountability alone I would. hired New View Roofing for a full roof replacement with a stated “lifetime” workmanship warranty. Within two years, a leak developed due to improper H-clip installation. When we reported it, their first and only response was to question whether a third party had accessed our roof—without ever sending anyone to inspect the actual defect. We confirmed no one else has been up there. Then accusations followed about Christmas lights which was laughable. After much back and forth they then promised a foreman would come out this past weekend. That date came and went. No inspector. No phone call. No follow-up. When my husband left an honest factual review, they accused us of "extortion." To be clear: documenting a true customer experience is a legal consumer right, not extortion. Their attempt to frame it that way speaks volumes about how they handle warranty claims. They have had multiple opportunities to inspect their work, acknowledge the installation error, and honor their guarantee. Instead, they chose deflection, false promises, and intimidation. We are now left with no alternative but to report this company and pay another contractor to repair their defective installation and pursue other remedies. If accountability and basic follow-through matter to you, save yourself the headache and choose literally anyone else.
