There is an issue every single time I order. Missing items. Incorrect items. Uncooked items. Its pizza, not brain surgery. How do they so consistently screw things up? Its mind blowing to me how any business can make so many mistakes and continue operating. Scroll down and look at all the one star reviews. Its not a coincidence. I have attached an image of the uncooked dough we received tonight. This is two orders in a row that this has happened. Its unsafe. I will be reporting it to NSW Health. One is an accident. Twice is indicative of a broader issue.

I ordered via uber eats and received the wrong pizza entirely and while uber eats was no help even in the slightest this store was great help to me. I wasn’t expecting any kind of outcome considering uber eats was useless but i just thought as a last resort i would ring the store it came from and im glad i had. They delivered me a new pizza entirely free of charge and when i mentioned i no longer had the original pizza the worker who was delivering the pizza to me didn’t make me feel bad at all or in any way made me feel guilty instead he handed me the pizza and told me to have a good night. This is fantastic customer service and along with that the Lady who answered my phone was very polite and professional.

Ordered pizza from here around a month ago for my mother and siblings, they forgot to give us our drink. When I called they told us that next time we order we'll get 2 sides to compensate. I ordered delivery tonight, as my mother isn't able to drive currently. They told me an hour and 15 mins wait, I said that was fine, I didn't mind waiting as I usually don't eat till late anyways. It got to an hour and 10 mins when I received a call saying "sorry we can't deliver your order" what?! so I've been sitting here waiting for over an hour and you decide 5 minutes before you're meant to arrive that you can't deliver? It had just hit 10pm so the grocery store is shut and I can't walk up and buy anything for our dinner tonight. Should've called at 30 mins to let me know you can't deliver not an 1hr and 10 mins.

Extremely rude staff, swearing and carrying on towards customers and uber drivers, very unprofessional. Juat go to a different store. These guys should not be working in customer service
